Week 10 Preview

NCAA · Steve Poyner · November 3, 2017

A wonderful week of football with lots of marquee match-ups. Last week I went 5-1 in the major games (33-16, 67%) and 11-6 total (76-41, 65%).

Big Games

  • Clemson @ NC State: Clemson's defense too good at Carter-Finley. Clemson 27-24
  • Virginia Tech @ Miami: Miami undefeated but unconvincing; VT playing well. VT 24-20
  • Penn St @ Michigan St: Penn St too good and pulls away. Penn St 24-14
  • Stanford @ Washington St: No healthy Love; WSU's home D does enough. Wash St 28-24
  • Arizona @ USC: USC gets a couple more stops. USC 42-31
  • LSU @ Alabama: Alabama too strong. Alabama 31-14
  • South Carolina @ Georgia: SEC East isn't that good; UGA wins easily. Georgia 28-14
  • UCF @ SMU: SMU turned around but not enough. UCF 45-31
  • Bedlam — Oklahoma @ Oklahoma St: The upset year; OK St in Stillwater. Ok St 45-39
